  • We welcome applicants who are discharged bankrupt borrowers.
  • Cash out available for a range of purposes, including business use and payment of tax debts.
  • Unlimited number of debts being consolidated to 80% LVR.

Specialist Plus and Assist home loan

  • We welcome applicants with defaults and judgements listed for less than $1,000, defaults and judgements listed as paid for more than 2 years.
  • We welcome applicants who are discharged bankrupt borrowers.
  • Cash out available for a range of purposes, including business use and payment of tax debts.
  • Unlimited number of debts being consolidated to 80% LVR.
  • We have a product that could suit applicants with unlimited mortgage arrears and unlimited defaults and judgements.
