Assuming you don’t require any exceptional changes, these are the only fees and charges you’ll pay over the life of your loan. There’s nothing to hide here.

- We welcome applicants with defaults and judgements listed for less than $1,000, defaults and judgements listed as paid for more than 2 years.
- We welcome applicants who are discharged bankrupt borrowers.
- Cash out available for a range of purposes, including business use and payment of tax debts.
- Unlimited number of debts being consolidated to 80% LVR.
Specialist Plus and Assist home loan
- We welcome applicants with defaults and judgements listed for less than $1,000, defaults and judgements listed as paid for more than 2 years.
- We welcome applicants who are discharged bankrupt borrowers.
- Cash out available for a range of purposes, including business use and payment of tax debts.
- Unlimited number of debts being consolidated to 80% LVR.
- We have a product that could suit applicants with unlimited mortgage arrears and unlimited defaults and judgements.
