Financial Hardship Assistance and Credit Reporting.

While you’re on hardship assistance, reporting to external credit agencies will show a Hardship flag (H).Your balance and any overdue amounts are not disclosed and the account/s will not show as being in default.

While the Hardship flag may impact on your ability to obtain further credit, this flag indicates that we are working together to try and improve your situation. Seeking hardship assistance, such as a payment holiday or payment reduction for a period of time, may be a better outcome for you and your overall credit status, so it’s important you get in touch with our Financial Assistance team.
