We have changed

We are today announcing the decision to change the name of RESIMAC Direct to Resimac. In line with this our website address will become resimac.co.nz.

How does this impact me?

From March 2020, you will start to see this new brand in correspondence from us.

You will still be able to access your online account at the same location. This link is also available by clicking on 'Login' then selecting 'Customer login' in the header of this website.

Does the brand change affect my loan?

No, the change of brand will not in any way impact your loan. The Lender of Record on your loan does not change. Any brand changes to loan statements, online account access and other collateral will be purely cosmetic.

The change of brand and name from RESIMAC Direct to Resimac will not in any way impact your loan.

The Lender of Record and all other details of your loan remain unchanged as a result of this.

You will continue to be able to reach our Customer Assist team by phoning 0800 38 48 58 or by submitting a contact form through the website.

From March 2020 our website will change to resimac.co.nz. For a period of six months you will be redirected to the Resimac website by clicking one of the prominent links on the existing RESIMAC Direct website.
